Marguerite McAfee is a real estate broker and the founder of RILLIQ, a licensed real estate brokerage based in Buffalo, New York.
Marguerite is a large-scale real estate investment expert who advises investors on new and existing real estate investments and divestiture, strategy, debt and equity financing, and partnership structuring. She is an industry specialist with significant experience in institutional and private equity real estate investment.
Marguerite teaches graduate-level real estate finance and financial modeling courses in the University at Buffalo’s Master of Science in Real Estate program and is a member of the University at Buffalo’s Real Estate Development Advisory Committee.
Marguerite holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University, where she was a recipient of a Dean's Fellowship for academic excellence. She is a past FINRA licensee having received the designations of General Securities Representative (Series 7) and Uniform Securities Agent (Series 63).
Marguerite has participated in the acquisition and sale of over $1 billion of real estate assets and has contributed to pooled investment vehicle capital raising activities resulting in fund products in excess of $2 billion.
Prior to founding RILLIQ, Marguerite served as a principal investor-side professional for established institutional and non-institutional real estate investment platforms in such roles as Director of Acquisitions; Vice President of Development; and Assistant Vice President, Marketing and Product Development.
