Incoming students are advised to obtain their UB Card as soon as possible once arriving in Buffalo. Details about where to get a UBCard and other operating information are available at https://myubcard.com/card/getting-started. Getting a UBCard is an essential first step in becoming a UB student and will be needed to access SA&P buildings and facilities, which are locked during the pandemic. After receiving the card, it takes one to two days for access permissions to be applied. Students encountering access issues after this period should email ap-ubcard@buffalo.edu with the details of the access issue, including a picture of the front of their card.
