When working after hours always work with a partner.
When walking on campus, walk with a partner or in a group.
Protect your property: do not leave any materials unattended or unsecured, even for short periods.
Always be aware of your surroundings. Do not use cell phones, ear buds, or other devices that distract your attention.
Report any suspicious behaviors or unknown individuals in classrooms, studios and other facilities to campus police (645-2222).
Do not prop doors or disable the swipe locks that are there to secure spaces from outsiders.
When the doors are locked, do not let visitors into the building unless you know who there are.
Contact University Police at 645-2222 promptly if any possessions are stolen, equipment is damaged, or individuals are causing trouble.
Call the Safety Shuttle at 829-2584 for shuttle rides to your car or off campus residence with 1.5 miles of UB.
If you get locked out of your studio at night, please call Campus Police at 645-2222 to have them open the room up. Please note that depending on other campus activities, the response may take a while.
