NYC Road Trip to Connect Students, Alum

Jan. 11-12, 2016

Students, alumni and other professionals in the New York City metro area will come together on January 11-12 to network and develop career connections as part of UB's Road Trip NYC Week.

The two-day event includes visits to architecture firms throughout NYC, coffee chats, and skill-building workshops to connect students with employers and UB alumni in New York City.

Firm visits will include:
  • GENSLER
  • KOHN PEDERSEN FOX
  • CANNONDESIGN
  • REX ARCHITECTURE

The trip will also include:

  • CAREER CONVERSATIONS - a student-alumni networking event on January 11.
  • A TOUR OF THE WORLD TRADE Center Transportation Hub with architect of record Michael Garz, a 1972 graduate of UB

Program fee:

$50 - includes lunch on both January 11 and 12, and registration for the Career Conversations networking event January 11.

Deadline: December 9, 2016- space is limited.
