The School of Architecture and Planning will host the invitation-only UB Innovation Exchange 2018 in New York City “The Evolving Workplace,” an interactive workshop on workplace strategies and the office of the future.

Why should you attend?
There are many conferences on this topic, most of which attract high-profile speakers, but offer little interaction between the speakers and the audience. At many, the best part are the coffee breaks. The UB Innovation Exchange 2018 will be different from typical real estate and design conferences by leveraging the points of view and influence of guest speakers, and involving participants in sharing experiences and co-creating the takeaways.
Part featured speakers, part hackathon. All fun.
Workshop attendees will have insights of value that they want to share. Yes, they want to hear, but they also want to be heard. Contributing to and creating something of value from this workshop will make for a memorable, enriching experience.

- Featured speakers will present, provoke, tell stories, examine case studies and pose a challenging question or scenario.
- Facilitators will guide small group dialogue. Potential responses are created, curated. Participants imbue the dialogue with personal experience, specific forecasts.
- Small group representatives present responses, with discussion, live polling. Consensus is reached.
