Interface Studio Architects - Sherdian Street Housing, Philadelphia 

In this course, we will explore the relationship between design and development through case studies, brief lectures, structured class discussions, and various assignments. 

Some of the topics covered will be, generating value through design, site design concepts, fundamentals of zoning and building codes, building typologies, and design for development in weak market cities. In addition to focused readings and discussion sessions, the students will develop and present case studies and complete a term assignment.
