Alfred Price

Mr. Price, associate professor of urban and regional planning at UB, teaches and conducts research on housing and urban development finance, among other topics.  His consulting work spans investigation into site intensification schemes, creative financing mechanisms, approaches to brownfield redevelopment, and policy issues related to housing affordability. 

He served as consultant to First Amherst Development Group on the Commons , a commercial project built on the North Campus of the University at Buffalo; as director of development planning for the Washington Street Medical Project; and as project director for the Bethel Community Development Corporation.
